The main subject of my first year of university, was still life paintings. These pieces were the outcome of those few months, where I encapsulated my everyday objects in the frame. Looking at these paintings, I feel at home, at ease and a little bit nostalgic.
Painting these familiar objects was quite thrilling. Because if offered a new perspective and shifted my attention to their details and shapes and purpose of creation.
